  • Homogenized (3.25% M.F.),
  • Two Percent (2.0% M.F.),
  • One Percent (1.0% M.F.),
  • Skim Milk (0.18% M.F.),
  • Chocolate Milk (2.0% M.F.).

    All products are sold in a variety of sizes.

    • *Note:
    		M.F. - Milk Fat is the percentage of milk fat in 100 mL of milk.
    For example, 2.0% (Two Percent Milk) has 2g of milk fat per 100mL of milk.

  • Half 'n Half Cream (10% M.F.) often referred to as coffee cream.
  • Table Cream (18% M.F.), often referred to as cereal cream.
  • Whipping Cream (35% M.F.)

    Directions

    1. Chill a tall, narrow glass bowl and the beaters.
    2. Pour 250 mL (1 cup) of cold whipping cream into bowl and beat
    at high speed. The cream will double in volume.
    3. When the cream begins to thicken, gradually add 45 mL (3 tbsp)
    of granulated sugar.
    4. Continue beating until firm.
    5. Fold in 5mL (1 tsp) vanilla extract.
