Hewitt's Dairy Goat Milk

For over 30 years, Hewitt's Dairy has been
marketing fresh goat milk in Ontario. We
started with one milk can weekly (approximately
36 litres), from one goat milk farmer (producer)
to marketing over 100,000 litres weekly.

Hewitt's processes a percentage of the marketed
volume into fluid milk, all-natural plain and fruit
bottom yogourts and all-natural ice cream. We have
skim milk powder and unsalted butter produced for us
with 100% Ontario goat milk.

Hewitt's has a relationship with several cheese processing facilities, including:


	Woolwich Dairy in Orangeville


	Salerno Dairy in Hamilton


	Paron Cheese in Smithville


	Silani Sweet Cheese in Schomberg

Hewitt's has an excellent working relationship with goat milk producer
associations, including Ontario Goat Milk Producers' Association and
Ontario Goat Breeders Association. Together, producers and processors
have worked to grow and improve the goat dairy industry.
